The 'White Room' is our guests' favourite room.

Soft colours, it is equipped with a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattresses and pillows, independent split air conditioning, 55" wall-mounted TV, Bose cube, refrigerator, coat rack, small desk with chair, bathroom with toilet, bidet, a washbasin and shower stall, safe, iron and ironing board, mosquito net.

It overlooks the first floor on Via Canelles on a small balcony.

It is possible to add a cot for children up to 5 years old.

The 'Green Room' overlooks the Piazza Palazzo, opposite the Palazzo Regio;

It is equipped with 3 vasistas opening windows with mosquito net, a double bed with memory foam mattress and pillows, Philips Hue coloured lighting system on the ceiling and in the shower, independent split air-conditioning system, audio amplifier, built-in speakers on the ceiling both in the room and in the bathroom, smoke detector, open-air clothes stand, fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

There is a single sofa bed for a 3rd adult person.

It is possible to add a cot for children up to 5 years old.

Also a bathroom with 2 sinks, large shower tray and WC. 

The 'Golden Room' is the most distinctive of our rooms. The room was completely redesigned and renovated in January 2024.

It is accessed down a flight of stairs and is a ground floor on Via Nicolo' Canelles. From the front door of Martini Rooms, it may look like a basement but in fact it is not.

It has original ceiling beams made of over 100-year-old juniper, an exposed stone archway, and a French door (which can also be opened as a 'vasistas' window) that leads you to the small communal courtyard (cavedio).

The bathroom is outside the room, but private and in front of it. No one but you can circulate in the area belonging to the room, so maximum privacy is guaranteed even if the bathroom is "outside".

It is equipped with a double bed with a memory foam mattress and pillows, a single sofa bed, a refrigerator, independent split air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, a safe, a kettle, a Bose acoustimass 5 sound system that can be connected to your smartphone, a DYSON air purifier, and a continuous air exchange system.

The bathroom is external and is equipped with a washbasin, toilet and shower cubicle. There is no bidet but there is a hand shower with hot/cold mixer tap.

It is also possible to add a cot for children up to 5 years old.

Particular attention has also been paid to the lighting: there are LEDs on the floor, an illuminated niche above the bed, 2 chandeliers with 10 lamps each and 2 scenic LED wall lights.

The 'Gold Suite' is a two-room apartment located in Via Nicolò Canelles 77, on the second floor of a recently renovated building with lift.

To access it, you must take the keys from a safety deposit box located outside, in the doorway of no. 81, 10 metres from the entrance to your flat.

It has a living room with a kitchenette and an 8 sq. m. mezzanine (where there is a second double French bed), a hallway, a bathroom and a large double bedroom with wardrobe.

There is also a powerful air conditioner in the living area and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower stall, toilet and bidet.

The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, oven, ceramic hob and washer-dryer. Finally, there is a TV in the bedroom and living room, a Bose sound cube, a French window in the living room and one in the bedroom with a small balcony, both with mosquito nets.

The flat can accommodate up to 4 adults and a small child.

The double bed on the mezzanine is NOT suitable for small children or elderly people, as the staircase leading to the mezzanine can be dangerous for people with reduced mobility.

In addition, this area has no privacy so we advise you to consider these features carefully.

Daily cleaning is not provided.

There is a contribution of euro 50 for final cleaning.

The pretty studio apartment has independent access from the street level and is located at 81 Via Nicolò Canelles. To access it, there is a small safe outside containing the keys.

It is an ideal studio for a couple, but the comfortable sofa bed makes it usable also for 4 persons. In this case, consider carefully the space available. Remember that there is limited hot water available.

It is equipped with a newly replaced kitchen, complete with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer-dryer, safe, coffee machine and kettle.

The bathroom area consists of a washbasin in front of the main double bed, a shower cubicle in clear glass and steel, and a toilet with a clear glass door. There is no bidet but there is a WC hand shower with hot/cold mixer tap.

In addition: clothes stand, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Daily cleaning is not provided.

There is a charge of EUR 40 for final cleaning.
